Point of Sale Resource Group sought to redesign their complex website to improve usability for their current and potential customers. When reviewing analytics it was clear what their top players were. Purchasing hardware, selling hardware, and getting repairs were most important to their customers. A new sitemap and user experience simplifies those options, putting them front and center with clear action buttons for their customers to easily find. To go a step further I featured the top brands their customers seek out, along with a simple breakdown of their large product catalog to ensure every user can quickly find what they are looking for.
